1) I made a request for download 2 days ago. It still says Waiting for Upload. How long does it take to make download available?

Note that we also send you an email notification when a download is available.
2) I am trying to download a game. It is taking forever. Is there a quicker way than this?
Answer:
You are trying to download approximately a 1 GB game. Depending on your connection speed, it might take hours for you to download the zip file. Please make sure to use a good Download Manager software before you attempt to download. We are currently evaluating the option of offering DVDs. For users with slower connections, this might be a good option.
